- All appointments must be booked in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
- Payment is due at the time of service

- All equipment is sanitized according to health standards
- Clients must follow all safety guidelines
Liability
Golden Crown is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions to products (when not disclosed)
- Personal belongings left on premises
- Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations
